This is a fully functional windows 7 theme for your iphone!! you can click on the start menu and browse within it, click on folders and exit out of them too !!
THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
You will need to download certain things from cydia first, so when you come to that point in the video, please pause it and download the list.
You will then need to ssh into your iPhone under the themes folder and copy your downloaded files into that directory.

make sure you do it right or it will not work.
ALSO!! be sure to make sure that your winterboard checklist is EXACTLY how it is in the picture or else it wont work either.
