This is not only my first V913, it's my first rc heli, ever. Been flying quads and hex's for about 2 years. Always wanted to try a chopper but they have generally been out of my price range. Until now!
WLtoys V913 brushless RTF heli for under $100? Way to go Ebay and Shocwo2015, a China based company with a warehouse in sunny California. I managed to pick this one up for about $75, free ship. Then after complaining to Shocwo2015 in regards to some loose parts, they actually sold me a second V913 (brushless) RTF for, believe it not, $50, free ship. Good enough, now I have two V913's (brushless). Have since purchased a V912 (brushless) RTF, about $74 free ship, from AntiqueChina2009 (also an Ebay seller with a California warehouse) and also a V911 Pro BNF for $21.99 free ship, from my good friends at Banggood.
Needless to say, the hardest part of this now is deciding which one to fly next. I'm gonna feature these in another video very soon.
Once I polish up on my piloting skills I'm thinking I'll try 6 channel and 3D flight. I've seen a few videos showing some pros with 3D. That is definitely exciting and entertaining. Think not? Check this guy out:

Meanwhile I got a long way to go with the 4 channels as far as flight maneuvers but I'm getting there. Hope to show some considerable improvement by my next video. So far my only major crashes have been due to parts malfunction and an upgrade aluminum MRH from Heli-factor. Been on rcgroups and a couple other blogs and apparently I'm not the only one having problems with this upgrade. Went back to the stock plastic MRH and smooth flying again.
The best upgrade from Heli-Factor is the aluminum swashplate with steel ball connectors. Nice and no more broken parts or crashes. Check them here:

I purchased these from a Texas based seller, TmkaRc1Hobby with competitive prices and excellent shipping. Ordered parts on a Friday night and got them on Monday!!! Above average customer service. They're glad to help with orders and happy to advise you on future heli picks too (thanks Akoda). ! You can check them here: https://tmkarc1hobby.com/
