Ingredients:
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper
1-tablespoon honey
1-teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon of butter
Pecans
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions:
Squeeze lemon juice over the top of the salmon to coat, usually will take half a lemon per ¾ lb serving. Next season the fillet with salt and pepper about ½-¾ teaspoon of each per fillet. Next combine the mustard and honey and coat the flesh side of the fish with the mixture. Preheat your oven to 350°. Before placing the salmon in the oven sprinkle with pecans. Allow salmon to bake for 15-20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. (130°-rare, 135°-medium rare, 140°-medium, 145°-done)
