Replaced the heat sink and she's running excellent! I took one layer of thermal pad off the VRM that I "doubled up" and cut it up and dispersed it over all the Mosfets. My Idle temps are sitting at 38 Celsius. Barely any throttling when I re tested and package temps stayed around 83-86 Celsius
