Haven't done one of these in a while, so I figured I'd put up the ZT 0560 for testing. ELMAX did much better than I thought it would in this test. ELMAX didn't impress me the first time I tested it, but now it seems to be performing really well. It would still shave arm hair even at the end, and that it impressive. Not many steels have been shaving sharp after this much cutting.
Overall, I like ELMAX. I feel like it holds its razor edge longer than S30V, all the while being tougher.
